A City Multi system was chosen as chosen. It enabled specific zone controls and reduced operating costs significantly due to its Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) technology. They are also easy to install, competitively priced, and have great distributor support. Further the units do not require bulk heads as they are not large pieces of equipment. Outdoor units include: 8 x PQRY-P120, 1 x PQHYP96, and 1 x PUHY-P120. Indoor units include: 60 x PLFY-P08, 12 x PEFY-P12, and 10 x PEFY-P24. Controls include AG-150 Group Controller with PAC-SE5ICRA individual controllers. Another product installed was an Renewaire Energy Recovery Ventilation (ERV) system.
