Registering a Warranty? You’ve come to the right place.  

  • First year labour warranty is the responsibility of the installing contractor 
  • Mitsubishi Electric Systems must be registered by the installing contractor 
  • Please ensure you have the current login and password

All warranty is effective from the date of installation. 

Labour warranty is the responsibility of the installing contractor.

All M-Thermal Split Series warranties dependent on prior approval of schematics & proper installation in accordance with Manufacturer manuals and guidelines.

All Testing & Values are per Manufacturer’s testing.

**Mits Airconditioning Inc. will not honour or provide warranties for equipment that was not purchased directly through our company. Mits Airconditioning Inc. will only honour warranties for equipment purchased through Mits Airconditioning Inc. that is identified with all proper MitsAirâ„¢ proprietary logos and serial numbers**
