Mits Airconditioning Inc is an HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Cond.) Distributor with head office in Mississauga and branches in Barrie, London and Windsor, Ontario.

We’re growing and looking for a results-driven Residential Sales Representative for our Mississauga head office. Suitable candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills to actively present, promote and sell HVAC products to existing and prospective customers, as well as:

• Maintain and further develop business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Ability to travel within Ontario as needed to visit and establish new customers
• Base Salary plus commission and travel compensation package

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative and must have product knowledge of Heating, Air conditioning and Ventilation and of ductless systems.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge and educate customers about the products
• Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent. Associate’s or bachelor’s degrees are preferred
• Min 5 years of experience in an HVAC sales environment
