Owner Jack Eliav, who has more than 35 years of experience in the heating and air conditioning industry, purchased the company in 1987. With its head office and a 23000sq ft fully stocked warehouse with equipment and parts for all of its products in Mississauga, Ontario and with an office and warehouse in Barrie, Ontario, Mits Airconditioning works in conjunction with Architects, Consulting Engineers and contractors from concept to completion of each custom project, to ensure that all solutions are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Along with home-grown Canadian product lines, Mits Airconditioning imports equipment from the US, Japan, and Italy. The company holds rights to distribute product lines such as Mitsubishi Electric MrSlim™, Mitsubishi Electric City Multi, Lossnay™, Kool Fire International, Fedders, Aermec, Hallowell, Noritz, Bard, Oceanaire, Weather-Rite, Roberts Gordon and more.
